This system will comprise of our Multiprocessor to make paste of chickpeas, a pump to pump the paste to mixing vessel, a blender for mixing indegrients and our Four Stage inline homogenizer for desired texture of the Hummus, a storage tank and packaging and filling system. Automatic Valves, PLC based HMI Control Panel with touch screen for easy operation can be provided. All Wet Parts will be in S.S.
